There are many items that dont get sold too often. Those days that the item doesnt get sold at all, it will have no value attached.
When at least 1 gets sold in the market, it will adquire a value and your networth will increase.

Pantyhose has a 5m valuation in networth a couple weeks ago. I think it's somewhat high rn atl ike 1m when its selling for 20k
