I'm currently posting this with TornTools enabled.

i clicked on casino and wanted to go to bookie but was send to hospital by leslie got choked out
and according to spin history i spined the wheel but i didn't do anything
and i was about to do another spin of the same amount within 5mins after i med out.
here's the history and i hope you understand what i'm saying xD

You may have spun the wheel in the past (like a day or more ago) but exited out of the page before your "reward" (Choke hold) was given to you.

There should be two events.
1. "You spun the wheel"
and some time later
2. "You won / you lose"

If you move away from the wheel page before the reward gets credited, you receive your winnings on your next visit. You received your winnings from your prior visit, you can check your logs here.
