What would Vodka do/add differently than everything else, what perk would it give? Or are you suggesting something be replaced by Vodka?

Maybe just use it to fulfil the role beer used to have, where there was always a race to get it cheap from Bits and Bobs and sell it on, because that's just not a thing anymore.
