Lately I've met this person named amara_Lockwood and she has been harassing me all because I completed her bounty around four or five times and ever since she has been telling me how she will send "professionals" after me and the vault I'm sharing with someone,I've already reported her and blocked her on everything and her bounty was 125k,the amount of bounties she has set up on me has added up to 130k and I'm honestly wondering, has anyone else had trouble with this girl?

They're 3 days old, likely nobody's had much trouble with em. When someone starts putting bounties on you, the best thing you can do is ignore them, stop interacting with them at all. Eventually they'll get bored, but til then you'll need to lay low.

Or you can be more active than them and train harder and personally keep them in the hospital until they give up on bountying you. But the other option is probably easier.

I'm going with hosping them because they are only level three

Your opponent seems to have a lot more resources than you - $123m networth vs your $1m. They'll probably keep bountying you.

If you want to use your energy to make money, you can make 3x as much as you'd get off of this person by slutting - intentionally losing to someone who's agreed to pay you for your loss.
