I bought some incendiary rounds from the mission shop, but they aren't showing up in my ammo locker. How do I equip them?

Click the 5.56 ammo in your locker and it should give an extra 4 boxes underneath where you can select your special ammo.

As above,
alternatively you can click on the ammo underneath your weapon in the load out screen which will switch between all available ammo types
