I thought there was no option to forfeit war then how TF did this happen

I believe the RW is forfeited when number of players you could attack become less than 10, and since Sticky Bandits may have some players fedded, they automatically forfeited.

Edit: Wiki says, if a faction loses 20% of their total membership, the opposing faction can file a bug report and get the RW forfeited. I remember the leader filing a bug report on the forum to bogie who might have then forfeited the RW.
