I was being attacked at the same time as I was spinning the wheel of lame, and Leslie punched me while the attack was happening. The punch from Leslie then never took effect

12h later I opened the Casino page, and then the hit from Leslie took effect.

The "punch" never happened. You were already hospitalized through an attack before the leslie landed the punch. The Leslie hospitalization will not override another incoming attack. You were sent to the hospital before you received the Leslie punch, so it was credited to you on your next Casino visit:

Ok, because that is not the description you referred to, so that's why I assumed this is a bug. The reasonable and expected behaviour in this case would be that Leslie would lose his chance for a punch.

I would suggest to update the description then to say that it also applies in other scenarios where the punch cannot be completed.
