Trying to place a bounty, but can't. Any suggestions as to why? Any help would be appreciated.

Perhaps your 10 bounties slot has already been filled? Since you can only have 10 active bounties at a time.
Prob not needed anymore but for future reference, it's a bug on mobile
For submit button to be enabled you need to click on reason textbox, even if then you click out and leave it empty
