all chats are inop when i post on any chat it dose not show up on the chat nor dose it update on trade with others posting i have restarted laptop with and without torn tools enabled

Can you replicate the issue in Incognito mode with all of your scripts and extensions turned off?
It's also on mobile phone the issues with the chats
Last message: 22:33:52 - 11/09/23 TCT. This is on trade using mobile phone and it's the same on laptop with the time ect
Go into your chat settings (blue cog box, bottom right of screen) and disable your faction/company/trade/global boxes, then re-enable them. This should fix the issue but, will almost definitely delete nearly 3 weeks worth of content (nothing can be done about that). This was mentioned in another thread, it worked for me.
However, it doesn't fix personal chat boxes, it seems you'll need to close those all individually then reopen them, which will obviously delete all existing content in them. So, if you have several on-screen like I do, in a familiar order, that's gonna be a fun afternoon! >.<
