Considering the new place is for getting rid of useless items which serve no purpose, I propose the following:
An option to auto recycle items every week which then gives you a cheque to cash in at the bank.
Only stipulation is that it would only autosell items in your INVENTORY, and completely disregard your bazaar, display case and marketplace listings because sometimes people just want to hold onto stuff.
Or turn off the option. Easy peasy.
