I know this is a dumb question but are there any missions beyond the ones Duke gives you? I'm in his hard missions at this point and am about to max him out and was just wondering what's next?

This about sums it up!
At the moment there are no agents after Duke and you can only get up to half way on the mission progression wheel.
In the future we expect there to be more agents offering different missions. Amanda is rumoured to be the next agent but no more information has been released on this as of yet.

Duke is the last of the mission givers at this time. However you've not yet reached the regular Duke missions. You'll receive missions from Anonymous once you reach level five and after those are completed you'll move on to the regular, daily Duke missions.
