If wep has stat debuff like cripple, is there possibility that instance of double tap will have chance to trigger the stat debuff?

Double tap, fury and rage will only proc on hit effects on the first hit, it's a "per turn" thing, and the game calcs the chance based on that - ie, if you have 25% cripple, then you'll have a 25% chance to hit it per turn, regardless if you hit one of the multi-attack triggers or not (instead of a ~90% chance if you hit an 8 turn fury, for example)
