What the hell does RNG stand for, how do I get that merit, what is the NICE Merit, and why are some merits limited?

Rng stands for random number generator. You get that merit completely randomly. Nothing you do or do not do affects the chances. It'll happen (randomly) when it happens.

Nice is done by having the numbers 69 and 420 five different times anywhere between your 4 stats.

Ie 6905 strength, 42,069 speed, 4,203 def and 45,069 dex.

Merits that are "limited" are only unlocked by so many people. Other rarities include rare, very rare, common, etc.

Limited just mean that there are few people who have it, the more people who unlock it the lower it rarety will became (like rare, common etc) so newer merits or harder to get have higher rating.

It is Not that you can't get it and only available to few, so don't worry about that.
