Can you reset the toleration branches. As in if i don't want the drugs for second branch, can i unset and put gym second branch?

Yes, any branch outside of core can be reset and respecced, with all respect being refunded.
Quick side note, maxing tol as soon as possible is highly recommended unless you're looking to create a completely drug-free faction (which admittedly would be interesting, but hella unpractical lol) - taking more than 2 xans a day you're going to be accelerating your rehab bills much faster than you can keep up with, esp if you don't have the -rehab costs unlocked (which the challenge for is hell to complete, and the +8 travel item restriction makes setting it up awkward pre-2m respect, as you typically want to have some sort of tol/stead/vor/ex mix in training times to appease most members)
