Don't forget about LSD, which is dirt cheap albeit not very effective and comes with a high risk of OD.
buy 25 points
Cheapest would be xanax which costs 840k
An energy refill using 25 points costs 1.1m - 1.2m
Using energy cans and FHCs are a lot more expensive.
You can also work on jobs with specials that use jp to refill energy but those jobs tend to be competitive and look for players with high job stats.

It’s not refilling but Xanax is cheap compared to any paid refills (less expensive for a refill while giving 250 energy instead of 100/150)
The seasonal newsletter can also give you free energy if you haven’t claimed it yet, although you might want to save it up for a better moment (like during a happy jump)

Get donator pack first.
While it doent give lots of energy immediately, its more than pays for itself over entire month of natural regen
