Nice! There are 4 items around the city: Small First Aid Kit, First Aid Kit, Dog Poop and Spray Can : Blue.

I have this but nothing there to loot or get. I tried to log in and out over and over. Then reload nothing seems to clear it ??

That feature is from an extension you installed. That is not a Torn issue.

Update or switch your extension to one that isn't bugged. TornTools fixed it a while ago.

You will need to zoom in and look around the map carefully. Several of the tools that highlight these items have broken down following the new item images update, it is up to the respective developers to fix these issues.
