Selling large quantites of armor and weapons, or even listing them can be frustrating as heck. But with a new item/ability, we can dp away with this problem. Using an existing item like rope (or some other item), you can now bundle simlar items into a pack. (10, 25, 50 or 100) each tier of bundle amount uses an increasing amount of rope. Each item still has their respective stats, quality, etc. The bundle can be "unbundled" at any time, losing the rope that was used to bundle the pack together.
When bundling, ex: hammers, the player has 1000 hammers in his inventory. The player chooses to create 10 bundles of 100 each. He uses a set number of ropes per bundle, the bundles are created using a random selection of available hammers, meaning that both seller and buyer are oblivious to what the quality of hammers in each bundle is.
When selling a bundled set of items, the seller can choose an overall price for the bundle based on a per item amount.
The buyer cannot see the quality of each specific item, but instead knows only what the item is and how many items are in the bundle.
