I am reading the book "Limbo Lovers" Wich should Increase the Dexterity gym gains by 30 % .
When i check my upgrades for gym it say's that it's only 19% for dexterity so than where is the other 11%

Where are you checking this please? Are you sure this is not a script, because Torn does not mention on the gym page what your gym gains % is.

Sorry i meant Battle stats.
I look at my battle stats and behind Dexterity it say's +9% from merits and +19% from education . Since i started reading the book limbo lovers i have this +19% from education .
So i thought this should be +30% because it increases it by 30%

Your gym gains are increased because of the book, these are not shown anywhere (besides the Personal perks section). What you are seeing next to the battle stats is the passive perk to the battle stats that you receive through various upgrades.
