Many people would prefer to speak other languages and and international chat would negate people speaking different languages in other chats and fix the problem.
Add international chat.

This kinda sounds like it'd cause more problems than it'd fix. To be abundantly clear, Torn staff moderate public chat areas pretty well, preventing anything inappropriate from being said/spammed/escalated/etc. They're also only human (except Amph) and I doubt any of them speak every language on the planet, which makes it hard to moderate public chat rooms in the languages that they don't speak. So... While I'm all for learning new things like languages, it's just not possible to both have a public foreign language chat area and expect staff to be able to moderate it.
Alr, Also amphero is human lmao
Alles klar
