    If you mean a drivers license, nothing at the moment. New items are being released with crime 2.0 and currently have no use. Some items are also completely useless and are simply there to add variety to your finds.

They have no use RIGHT NOW, but I would personally keep a couple for the time being. It doesn't sell at the recycling center which means (to me) they will have a use for it for crimes 2.0.

Don't. At level 1 there's no real profit in it for you, and more risk of being mugged than any benefit. Stock to bottles of beer or plushies until you get to level 15 and can fly. Selling - when you begin doing it - makes no distinction between legal or illegal items.
For the time being do the missions which will teach you about more aspects of the game.
