With the decreasing value of the Torn dollar, I propose a few measures to decrease the available amount of money from the game:
1) A 2 percent chance of all weapons and armor caches to generate weapons or armors that contain no bonuses of any variety, in order to lower their value.
2) The elimination of bonus points for all RWs.
3) All factions pay maintenance fees for their operation, depending in the number of perks they have activated, with a minimum of $50,000 base daily fee plus $15,000 for each perk/tier unlocked. Failure to pay these fees will result in a daily loss of 10,000 respect until fees are paid in full if they fall more than 7 days overdue.
4) All bazaar and item market items are subject to a 15-percent V.A.T., payable by the buyer.
5) Eliminate the investment bank. Realistically, savings accounts in the real world pay negligible interest, and the up to 60 percent APR afforded by the investment bank is absurd.
These five suggestions are made with thr intent of lowering values and decreasing circulation, which could help reduce Torn's inflation.
