It would render the fortune teller unnecessary in China
Torn very explicitly doesn't have a level bar, but we do have a few options that will yield the same results. You can visit the Fortune Teller in China or use the Game Shop special "Power Levelling" to see your progress to the next level. If you're holding and want to see what your true level is, you can use the Candle Shop special "Meditation" to view your true level (or someone else's).
I would strongly recommend you play the game for more than a few weeks before making posts in Suggestions, as many new player threads are already in the game, have been suggested several times before, or, in this case, are very specifically not in the game.
