Is there a script for telling which of your cars have a better chance at winning on different courses ?

It's mostly random. The upgrades, the type of car and your racing skill all have some impact on the result but, because everyone is randomly placed in each (official) race, there's no real way to tell where you're likely to end up when it's finished, regardless of which fully upgraded car you choose.
Short answer, it's not really something any script can predict, at least not without cheating.
