Are there other apps/websites to use for tracking players energy used in training, nerve used, and etc for having faction competitions or is this just something you can access throughout Tornstats? Had former faction who have done this would love to incorporate it into mine! Any other cool and fun ways to grow/improve your faction feel free to share!

if your faction has any steadfast perks you can click on each of the different battlestat perks and then you can click on all challenge contributors to show you how much energy each member has dumped into each stat. Its a snapshot but you can do that at the start of the comp and then end of the comp to see how much each person has used energy.
If you dont have it unlocked because you dont have the respect you can always switch to war stats, reset the tree there so you can quickly get the snapshot and then go back to peace perks. Although bear in mind thatll lock you into a 72 hour cooldown so make sure your event runs longer than that.
Last think, I think you need torntools but if you have it you can press a button on the screen to export the challenge contributions to a csv file to make it easier for you.

Use YATA>Big Borther (I think thats what its called), you can time stamp total energy spent on your start data and end date and it shows the difference between the two ie spent. There's a few different categories you can do it for too not just energy spent
