After buying weapon parts through mission credits, and attaching them to a gun, can you then remove them to put on a different weapon? Or are they stuck on that weapon forever?

Is there a way to sell parts you no longer want?
No, you can't sell weapon mods.
No you cannot sell mods.
You also need to buy lower tier mod to unlock the higher tier mod of the same category.
