As a brand new player you probably wont be able to get a high paying job as you dont have the work stats for it.

Out of the city jobs the highest paying is the medical, but I'd recommend joining a player run company as they have better perks and can offer trains to help grow your stats faster. The best bet would be a sweet shop or adult novelties as even at 7 star they can make you around 1.5m a day from perks (they often dont pay anything) and don't require crazy high stats to join

Honestly it is easy to just focus on money, but I would focus more on how it helps you in the long run. Some perks offer things that money can't buy. But right now you are best to focus on the highest star company that will hire you who has trains on rotation.

Some of the city jobs have nice perks once you complete them that will stick with your character forever. Player-owned jobs will likely pay a lot more but honestly, the best early-game way to make money is to get to level 15 and travel for plushies.

complete all starter jobs then move to player owned companies. it will let you gain work stats and some abilities/perks that are useful later on.

The highest paying job is what you can convince a company director you are worth.
AN's (adult novelties) are usually the go to for a newish player as you get free edvd's that you can use to either boost stats quicker via happy jumping or sell for ~3.4ish mil i beleive.)

however you are 3 days old so stay in a starter job for a while

If I can give you some advice.

Stay in your current job, once you have 500INT switch over to the Education job and get to the rank of Principle (it gives you a passive education reduction perk)

The I would suggest joining any of the below companies:
AN
Flower shop
Toy shop
Candle shop

Life isn't always about the $$, even in Torn. You'll enjoy the game more in the long run if you think in terms of "perks". $$ is a perk. There are many other perks, perhaps even better ones.

I wouldn't say 'all' starter jobs - I think the three with permanent perks would be sufficient - Law, Medical, Education.

Staying in city jobs when you are new is a bad idea. Because it will take very long time to have the stats necessary to advance in those jobs.
You should go for player company.

In that two options either if you want to earn 100k a day new psf or mine people can take you.
Or AN can give ypu a little more

but your goal should be to find a director willing to train you regularly.
Going for passive perks is a good thing like flowershop. Having 5 more flowers while flying is also a better option.

I'd second this. I did the same thing, just to get the passives out of the way, particularly the education one since the sooner you get it the better. Also used education to train my own stats enough that the passive gains to max out the other two passive related jobs as quickly as possible with just the passive stat gain they'd provide. By the time I was done I had enough stats to be valuable to most of the starter player owned companies. Probably wasn't the most optimal path, but it worked fine for my goals.

This is pretty much exactly what I did. I love the fact that, as Principal in Education, you can gain more stats per day (averaged out) than a Director of a 10* company.

I used Education perk to boost my work stats such that I could sail smoothly through Law in 1 month and Medical in one month; both perks are invaluable and permanent.
