Join a faction with a stocked armoury and loan the items from them instead of begging on the forums, it'll just end up getting you bounties from trolls.

Nobody provides a loan without collateral (something we hold in case you try running away with the money)
Normally is a PI or a rare weapon people don't want to sell, but can afford to stay a few days/weeks without it.
If you bring nothing to the table you'll likely get people to bounty you, if you bring begged items that'll also bring people to bounty you.
Overall 5% a month is an INSULT to these rookie loans, I can make over 5% a month just clicking buttons on the stock market.
