Not up to date with Crimes 2.0 but as far as I know its the most up to date and I use it consistently and its good:

Offenses is very vague as OC's are bond to Crime Experience. Just because someone has a lot of Offences has no relation to their Crime Experience.

Umm you need perms to start ocs
see my question is what could i have in my items to improve upon these crimes or take in education that would help. i know having better crime stats itself helps with OC but what else
Law firm. Don't bother join if just bomb threat tho. It's good for pa and sell stat spies. Thats it imho
awesome was planing to start that after i get done psychology. i wanna do it all mostly the plan hijackings
