From here its pretty self explanatory and intuitive. Open and close to open and close. Add items in add items manage items to remove items, change prices or change the order. Personalize to change the banner you see at the top.
Also the reason you can't start you bazaar is because you haven't bought one from the points building yet
Step 2: Go here to access your bazar
