I forgot the code the first time attacked again no code. Attacked again got a diffrent code used the code exactly as it was and it won’t let me open the safe.. I will keep retrying just was told this mission was buggy sometimes.

The assigned code does not change once you have accepted the mission. In case you have missed/forgot the code, you can attack the mission target again and get the code from them again, this can take a few tries.
