I'm currently posting this with TornTools enabled.

Hello, picked up a gift on iribuya LOOT FUN map and the item showed up crossed with a red cross and I didn't get it in my events

Looks like it's being turned off and on. Had the same thing happen, and CT is showing as closed again for me, having previously been open.

We had to close down Christmas Town for a few players due to the slowness that everyone is experiencing. The devs are working on upscaling the server capabilities, once done we will open up Christmas town for everyone again.

Same here, didnt get my golden key :(
