If I use a device with VPN then use a device without VPN, will it be flagged as suspicious?

Should be fine, only issue I could potentially see is if you every forget your password/get compromised, it might be a little harder to reset your account as it asks you to do the process off an ip you use …
VPNs are allowed. i've used a VPN and never had a problem.

May get a lot of cloudflare bot tests but should be fine. My cloudflare hits started really high on VPNs, but dropped off over time.
VPNs are ok to use
