Is there faction perks which allow me to use more dvds? people in my faction are saying there is no such thing, but i swear ive read that some factions have perks which allow more dvd use

If youre referring to Erotic DVDs then you want booster cooldown perks which allows more booster items to be used like candy, EDvdd, Alchol, etc.
Booster CD is what you would need which we do not have at the moment, unfortunately. That was the exact answer I gave you in a dm.
