How can i beat Duke, I am level 62 and cant put a dent in him.

If you mean for the mission to beat him, there's group attacks that go after him a couple times/day, check the attacking forum and iirc there's a discord discussing timings on attacking all the NPCs that you can join (I'm not a part of them and don't remember what the name is lol, but I'm sure someone can point you in the right direction there)
If you just wanna solo duke, as of right now the top stat players (3quad+ stats) stalemate vs duke, just cuz of his enormous hp, but if you grind eventually maybe someone can beat him, though idk if they'll hit the 64nit limit in stats yet

If so, just wait until the group attack on him. Assist in his defeat and you will complete the mission.
Edit: Next Duke attack is at approximately 15:53 TCT according to Loot Rangers channel
