imma skip the blah blah blah don't run a company schpeel, but a few words of advice:
property brokers don't have stock, so you won't have to buy stuff daily
Once the comp day tick updates (1800 tct) your profits and expenses will come in, make sure you keep enough in the vault for 7d expenses. you'll wanna set your advertising high to start earning lifetime income xp and start starring up, esp given you don't have all edus you'll have to set ad budget much higher than your competition to acheive the same effectiveness (probably upwards of 2m once you reach 2 or 3* given how many brokers exist). You'll probably want both TCP and TGP asap, as these can at least band-aid the no edu issue
Swap in stronger than green leaf peeps where you can, their EE will hurt, and you can't train them until you hit 1*, get on your employee's asses to rehab and get to 15 asap, probably wanna give bonuses of a couple mil to employees per star, just to maintain loyalty so it's harder for them to be scooped (though it will still happen lol)
You have too many cleaners, they have minimal direct impact on sales - cleaners only effect environment which has indirect effect - primarily get brokers to make munz (follow what the top 5 10* high inocme comps are doing if you don't wanna experiment yourself)
