You would need to contact staff and request for them to remove the 2fa from your account.
They would most likely ask you for some identifying information like you date of birth and secret question answer if you have that set in your security panel.
If you are able to verify that you are the owner of the account then you would be able to login again and set a new 2fa

Authy supports multi-device setups, although it's less secure overall iirc
Google authenticator lets you log into another device through the account and have all linked ones there also so would just need to log in on another device
