    That's fixed, it was an issue with second incurance on split (dealer received additional card wrongly).

Although it may be minot I took pictures that confirm something that may have only affected me or I have been the only one to notice it.
we all know ah nine and ace should equal 20 in the dealer's hand no matter what but this instance the dealer came top the conclusion that it actually was 11 and drew more cards for the win anyway. I should have taken more pictures but this should suffice.

According to the logs you played only 2 games in the last 3 days, but none of them are matching the screenshot you provided. When exactly that game was played?

The dealer had a soft 20 based on the screenshot and the logs, but still ends up going to A,9,9, which should never happen. It is being shown as A,9 in the screenshot as well as in the logs, but the count reads 11, instead of 20. It appears the dealer was not recognizing the 9 on the table and treating the table as only Ace open (hence the 11).
