Well, you have to pay the base upkeep value of 100k, then add the 30k...

What you're looking at is the balance you currently owe, not the daily charge.
Daily cost of PI upkeep (utilities + staff) is between 100,000 and 352,500, the latter (fully maxed PI==5025 happy) is worth every penny.

For me,a single trip to say the UK pays for a week of your fees with change to spare. You can do several such trips in a day.
