Is there a tool that can do all Bazaars listing scan for a specific item and link to go directly to that item?

You are just underpricing them.
When i list items, they often get brought within 2-3 secs of being listed. Ive always suspected a script/mod or something that does this so would support your question lol.

if i understand you correctly:
You can scan the bazaar/item market for items and their prices, and link to the search page, so if you scan arma's the closest you can get to the item is a link to this page:
https://www.torn.com/imarket.php#/p=shop&step=shop&type=&searchname=399
you can't link directly to the bazaar (as far as i am aware)

All items listed for sale in every bazaar and on the item market are automatically listed in the item market. Once you find the specific item that you are looking for and the price that you are willing to pay, when you click on the trolley symbol you will go to their bazaar (if they have a bazaar) and the item will be highlighted in green. I don't know what else a script could do to improve that.
yeah there are, some people either scrape the pages like that or they’re refreshing and manually buying (me during christmas since I needed alcohol and spent like 10 real life hours buying them one by one)
it depends but generally something underpriced will give notifications for market scripts that will let traders know something is 20% under market etc etc
I don’t use any of those but they are useful, and you can find some in user scripts forum (someone can link this or you can find it)

A lot of people scan the market. All the time. TornTools highlights items under market value. As can the API.
A lot of people will buy at, under or over market value pretty quickly on often used items (cans, alc) or weirdly popular items (bottle caps, tampons, gnomes, roses)
Unless you are pricing 20% over market stuff will go quick often
