Please fix my chat! I saw that you flagged it as an error, but what is being done to fix it? On the odd occurrence were my chat pops up for a second, I can see that I'm missing out on opportunities both business and personal, but can't connect with any of these people other than mail. I've tried all your recommendations but it has been over a month!

There's no update on the issue, this is currently not even in our developer's queue. We are waiting for an update from Sendbird, as mentioned in the confirmed report.
