I completed all my three mission at 2024-02-08 04:14 TCT
now 2024-02-11 09:30 TCT duke is supposed to provide me three new missions, but as picture shown, he provide only two, there is a mission missing in some problem.

Yes - that's rare, but possible. However please create another report if this will continue to happen.
