Hi all. Could you please tell me the pathone should Take for getting the maximum work stats daily without cost? I know directors can train their workers but i dont have money. And im Not getting much workstats gain from my current company. Thanks!

For someone with your playstyle you are probably better off getting into the education job and slowly chipping away at increasing your work stats that way.

Your current job is a zero star law firm. As trains are linked to the number of stars a company has, you're company gets 0 daily. So, if you aren't getting paid a decent salary, there is no point being there.
If you quit right now, you would likely get 30 recruitment mails for psf's by then end of the hour. I would join the highest starred one that chats you, and negotiate that you'd get free trains, if not daily, then as often as possible. Or go work at a flower shop, firework stand, or toy shop, whichever has the most stars and will hire you......or the education city job, if you don't feel like messaging a bunch of employers.

Find 10* companies with bunch of inactives in it. Yeah they exist esp in companies with specials people don't like.

How is this possible? Wouldnt rank of company fall if there is many inactives? Especially 10?, this is first time I heard about this.
Depending the competition of the companies. That was actually the thing SMTH took advantage of from private security before everyone started to do same thing. So they made f**ktons with minimum effort and shit employees.
You see stars is based on you company income vs other companies with same category. Example: theatre, amusement park, zoo, etc.
Income also based in money pool in that category, active employees, and the competition between your company vs others. So if the other companies employees are shit, you don't need put too much effort in yours to keep your stars. You just need to be slightly better or same.
