I think you mean if they ARE level holding.
And yes there is. Candleshop 10* Special will give a players true level, or even your own.
Just message someone and ask how much they charge. It's an expensive special to use, and most people in a Candleshop are not there for money, they are there for either the 5* or 7* specials so expect it to not be cheap.
Why would you need such a thing?
