    I'm confused. Did he ask a gun or mechanical weapon? For OP, the mechanical weapons in the game are only 3 as far as I know... They are cattle prod, taser and chainsaw.

Armalite should be the best if u exclude RW weapons.

Enfield and BTMP9 are also good.

Edit : these are guns, not mechanical type weapon.

He asked for a gun, but at the moment there are no mechanical guns (unless the taser is considered a gun?) so op would need to use one of the three weapons you listed

I was confused at first too, but the only reason I could imagine anyone would specify a mechanical gun, is if they are chasing the merit for 100 kills in each category, (This checks out from op's personal stats) and if they didn't know what the best mechanical gun would be, then they likely wouldn't know that there are no mechanical guns.

I did forget they added the cattle prod recently though.
