I claimed the 250 energy from the winter newsletter, it went to the confirmation page where it confirmed I used it on March 3rd, Sunday, but I did not receive the energy. Further attempts told me I'd already claimed it, at that same time.

You can claim either nerve or energy.
You can check what you claimed and when in your logs, specifically those categories:

Thank you, yes, I did check the logs. My point being it claimed and generated no log and no result.
