Does anybody know the total time it takes to complete every education? It would be nice to know how many days it would take with, and without the buffs. If not, I could just use the math formula for education time decrease and do the math myself.

Not the exact numbers, but it's roughly 7 years with no buffs and 5 years with buffs iirc, less if you used job points but that's kind of a waste.
I think with no merits etc about 6 yrs torn.report will tell you what you have left
