I want to be able to have a script in TornPDA & Desktop (TM) that will filter out all the OCs that aren’t a successful PA or PH to make it easier to track payouts.

Whilst it is possible to make an userscript that filters out successful OCs on that page, the endless scroll with lazy loading will make it hard to have a decent overview in one look. It might be better to use the faction API for this (https://api.torn.com/faction/?selections=crimenews&key=YOURKEYHERE) and keep track of them on a Google Sheets. Hit me up for either if you're willing to pay to have it made :)
