Morning good folks of Torn,
Last weeks Ranked Warring was the last kind of the old system, which allowed my setup to beat far above our stat avg and member range.
It is no secret I took advantage of a couple of flaws in the old system, and pushed hard taking advantage of it. This is not how Ranked warring should determined a Winner in a faction vs faction fight, but I had to prove a point and with that in mind we now see a new RW system implemented coming live this week. I will for sure continue my work on creating a RW team that will beat all odds winning RWs far above our own weight class, we are after all Inglorious Basterds.
First victim to my meta was JFK, you can find the war thread here --> When Mighty JFK got defeated
After this slaughter of JFK, ended up becoming termed due to the nature of the strength in our strategy and people where not foolish enough to let their stubbornness bring them into a messy war they would 100% lose, until we matched Dark Sides on the very last RW.
We did end the old RW meta with a flawless Victory over a bigger faction then us, you can find the result here --> Dark Side loses to IB
There was not much of a story to write about Dark Side, but in short I did offer them a 70/30 deal in IBs favor only to receive a "lol" in reply. Not sure if they got offended by my offer thinking they deserve more, or if they thought they wont lose. Either way, it was a big mistake not taking my faction serious. So, we had to prove a point (again) and oh my did we deliver. However our current team is much weaker then the team we used to beat JFK with, but this would not stop us from stomping Dark Sides. Our tactics still far more advanced then Dark Sides, even tho we had a 12 vs 82 slaughter incoming, like in spartan style all we could see was dead Dark Side members bodies on the ground all over us.
Just want to add that Dark Side is by far the worst faction I have fought up to now, they dropped so many chain like shown bellow I started to believe they where only showing us their chaining skills and not warring skills. This is just one chain they missed bonus hit with. Pay attention to how few RW hits also they made, which is by design one of the reasons our warring style is so efficient.

So to those who match up a RW vs Dark Sides, dont be alarmed you will likely beat them in your half sleep. the Screen shot above shows you a 250 chain where they missed every single bonus hit.

To sum it up, I offered them 70/30 deal but ended up paying barely 10% to mercs instead to take 90% of caches for ourself. Someone explain to Dark Side leaders in a way they understand, they f**ked their members sideways by declining my deal.
