I'm currently posting this with TornTools enabled.

Hopefully you can see the log and time on bottom right.

Won 25 casino tokens - still showing 75. Logged out and in, cleared cache - nothing changed, still 75.

It can take a couple of minutes for the crons to finish running and doing your daily refills. You received the casino tokens before the refill took place.

So even though the Wheels refreshed and you could now play - the rest of the casino was technically not up and running ?

So anything related to tokens would be lost ? No refund? No tokens?

IF I rocked up at a fun fair and won something and they said sorry no prize you are too early I would have a few words.

Maybe to stop this bug happening in the future can the code be changed ?

There's no way to speed up the casino tokens refill, if that is what you are asking. The refill is done via script which has to process thousands of players. It is expected to take a couple of minutes to finish running for everyone. This was already optimized very recently, but a couple of minutes of delay is unavoidable.
