Hello,

I already had the PRN Benefit Stock and bought the required for 2nd increment however it says 1x DVD.

Please advise if I am missing something here ?

Has the required amount of time passed before second increment has been active
You get a DVD after 7 days
If you buy the 2nd increment on day 1/7 you have to wait for the original increment to pass again on day 7/7 for the 2nd increment to be active

I always wait till I collect my blocks before I buy the next and I do it on the same day or on day 6/7 so it activates on the same day the new block rolls around

If you buy more increments with an ongoing cycle then the additional increments will be factored in when the next cycle starts.
